Subscribe and Save Policy
By purchasing a product marked as a VIP offer, you agree to enroll in our VIP subscription program, as outlined in the terms below.
Subscription Enrollment & Introductory Offer
When you complete your purchase, you are automatically enrolled as a VIP member. Your first order may include a limited-time introductory offer, which can include a free product or promotional pricing. The introductory free product is valid for the first order only and will not be included in future subscription renewals.
Subscription Renewal & Billing
VIP subscriptions automatically renew one (1) month after the initial purchase date. At renewal, you will be charged the regular price for the bundle selected at checkout, excluding any introductory free products or promotions.
Cancellation Policy
VIP members may request to cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support team.
Please note:
- Cancellation requests will take effect the following billing cycle
- Any charges already processed for the current month will not be refunded
- Customers remain responsible for the current subscription period once billed

Subscriptions & Automatic Billing
Subscription plans are billed every 28 days (or as stated at checkout) until canceled. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before shipment.
