Subscribe & Save (Smart Refills) Policy

By selecting Subscribe & Save (Smart Refills) on the product page and completing checkout, you agree to enroll in a recurring subscription with Purenyx, as described below.

Subscribe & Save Enrollment

When you complete a Subscribe & Save purchase, you authorize Purenyx to automatically ship and bill your selected product at the delivery frequency shown at checkout (such as every 30 days).

Some Subscribe & Save offers may include discounted pricing, bundled units, or free promotional items on the initial order.

One-Time Promotional Free Units

Any free units, bonus bottles, or “Buy X, Get Y Free” items displayed during checkout are one-time promotional offers provided with your first order only.

These free promotional items:

  • Are not included in future refill shipments

  • Are not part of the recurring subscription quantity

  • Do not affect future billing amounts

All recurring orders include only the paid subscription items at the Subscribe & Save price.

Subscription Renewal & Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery schedule selected at checkout

  • Renewal charges are processed before each shipment is prepared

  • Recurring orders are billed at the standard Subscribe & Save price, excluding any one-time promotions

You will receive order confirmations for each shipment so you can stay informed.

Cancellation & Support Policy

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming refill, cancellation requests should be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.

If a renewal has already been processed, please contact our Customer Support team.
