Ambrosia Brands LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Participants may receive marketing and transactional messages related to purenyx supplements, digital programs, product launches, partner promotions, giveaways, discounts, checkout reminders, and other brand communications.

Opt-In & Consent

You consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded messages. Consent is not required for purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. Other methods are not considered valid.

Disclaimer

You may not transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, pirated, malicious, or HIPAA-protected content through the Service.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Casper, Wyoming, under AAA rules. No class actions are permitted. Jury trials are waived. Arbitration survives termination.

Florida Law Compliance

We comply with the Florida Telemarketing Act and Florida Do Not Call Act where applicable.

purenyx reserves the right to amend product information, pricing, availability, and policies without notice. Orders may be canceled and refunded if products are unavailable.

Subscriptions & Automatic Billing

Subscription plans are billed every 28 days (or as stated at checkout) until canceled. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before shipment.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days (domestic)
  • International duties/taxes are customer responsibility
  • Incorrect addresses are not our responsibility

Return & Refund Policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

  • One refund per product type per customer
  • Shipping and protection fees are non-refundable
  • Multi-unit orders may require returns (return shipping covered by purenyx)

Subscription Orders

  • Not eligible for 90-day guarantee
  • Unopened items only
  • Return shipping is customer responsibility

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. purenyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

Reselling Policy

Wholesale reselling is permitted only on the reseller’s owned website and must comply with MAP pricing.
Third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

Violations result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
